Some products will have “special order” marked next to them. These are products that we order in from abroad, specifically for your order, and we will advise you on estimated delivery times and costs through email.

When you need to return something, for whatever reason, we'll take it back for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, as long as the product is in the same condition as it was when you received it.
All you need to do is follow these 3 simple steps:
· email us at customerservice@7minutes.co.uk quoting your order reference number before you send the goods back, and tell us if you would like to exchange the item or accept a full refund.
· we will then promptly issue you with a unique reference number. Return the goods to us along with your original invoice and this reference number. (Please use recorded delivery or similar for this)
· We will then email you on receipt of the returned goods and organise a refund or an exchange; and it’s as simple as that.
Please note we cannot accept items that are: damaged, have been worn or washed, have had tags or labels removed, items custom made to order unless damaged, returned outside the 14 day period from delivery or are not returned in the same condition as which they were delivered.

Shipping and Delivery
When you need fast delivery, we'll dispatch your order as fast as we physically can, and advise you on the earliest delivery time. We will process your order within 2 days, and please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will notify you should this change for your particular order. For custom made goods and special orders, please allow up to 28 days delivery. 7minutes.co.uk uses DHL for all shipping and delivery, and uses the tracking system to monitor progress of orders. Please ask for your tracking number when you place your order. (For more information please visit www.dhl.com). Unfortunately we cannot ship to APO/FPO/P.O. Boxes addresses.
Should your particular order consist of goods in stock, and goods that need to be imported, your order will be sent separately. Don’t worry, we will advise you of this in the event of this happening through email.

Below is a step by step guide :
selecting products and adding them to your shopping cart:
Select the product category you want by clicking on the menu in the centre of the screen (for the player, for the horse etc)
Once you have clicked onto this, you will see the available products for that category. Use the scroll bar on the right hand side to scroll down the page to view all the items.
Each product has a short description and price, but for a more detailed description and a larger photo, simply click on the product and this information will open up in a new window.
All options for the products, such as size and colour, will be beneath the small image. After choosing the options you would like, simply click on “add to cart”. You will then be taken to a screen which asks you to specify the quantity of the product you have chosen (the default setting is 1). Below this are 3 options; confirm – to add this product to your shopping cart, checkout now – to take you straight to checkout, cancel – to cancel adding this product to your shopping cart, and to return you to the products screen.

The shopping cart screen will inform you of all items you have currently selected, and you can visit this at any point while you are shopping, by clicking on view cart in the silver menu on the left hand side of your screen. Here you can view your whole current order, amend all the quantities you would like to purchase of a particular product, remove a product from your shopping cart by ticking the remove box and then clicking update, save or retrieve a previous order, or proceed to checkout.
Repeat all above steps until you are happy with your order.

Shipping & delivery Information
You will now be asked to select the destination country for the goods to be delivered to, and if you would like to have them delivered to an address different to the one your invoice and receipt will be sent to. If you would like to view the shipping/delivery charges at any point click on delivery in the silver menu. You will then be asked to fill out your details for invoicing and delivery, and if you have any special delivery requirements for your order.
Payment
will then be asked to enter your payment method and card details in the encryption zone. See our safety guide for more info.
That’s it! All order information will be displayed, and you will be advised of your order number.
We advise you use the print button to print off a copy of the order for your own reference and records.
